The EKAS sponsored Open Exhibition is taking place over bank holiday weekend, Sat 23rd - Mon 25th August 2025, at St Mary's Arts Centre in Sandwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your artwork to the public. You can exhibit 3 pieces of work for a hanging fee of just £2 each! 10% commission will be applied to any sales with a percentage of the proceeds going to the RNLI.

How It Works

This is an open event for members and non-members alike
Simply bring your work in ready to be hung on Saturday 23rd August from 10am-12pm
All exhibited works must be your own
Participants to complete a provided sales label for each piece
East Kent Art Society will handle all sales and participants agree to 10% commission
All participants to collect unsold works at 5pm on Monday 25th August
Please note, no liability is accepted by EKAS for paintings or artists' property
Participants are responsible for own insurance

EKAS Members are invited to exhibit 2 pieces of work for free! Framed artworks must not exceed 16” x 20”. 10% commission will be applied to any sales.
