This year's fair proved to be particularly lively, with visitors eagerly engaging with the art and meeting the creative minds behind the pieces. The atmosphere was truly infectious, filled with delightful conversations and shared enthusiasm for the local art scene. Attendees were treated to a unique showcase of styles and mediums, each artwork reflecting the dedication and creativity of our members.
The East Kent Art Society extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for this joyous celebration of art. Your support not only championed our artists but also created a greater sense of community among us all.
As we draw the curtain on this year’s exhibitions, we’re excited to share our next venture—the Plein Air event in Market Street, happening on the weekend of the 13th and 14th of June 2026, in conjunction with Le Weekend. We warmly invite each of you to come along and take part in this wonderful opportunity to create art among the beautiful surroundings of our town.
To mark the success of the Autumn Art Fair, the East Kent Art Society team gathered for a lovely meal at The Bell. It was the perfect setting to reflect on a fruitful year of artistic pursuits and to toast to what lies ahead.
